Aerofit Studio takes a lifestyle & postural approach to Personal Training. We understand that achieving your goal is the most important thing and ensure that the relevant fitness training methods are incorporated into your sessions to support postural corrections.
Aerofit Studio specialises in the unique training methods of pilates, both mat work & reformer, as well as TRX suspension training. These training methods are essential for the development, improvement, & maintenance of core stability, strength, flexibility & fitness. Other common training styles that are utilised are general cardio, weight training, boxing, group fitness & boot camps.

Experience: 9 years experience in personal training, group fitness instruction and gym management.
Education: Cert. 4 in fitness. General mat work, pilates and reformer. Advance mat work, ball, resistance band and pilates. Les Mills certified instructor. Freestyle instructor/trainer teacher. Blue card certified. Advance thump boxing instructor.
Sporting background: Advanced level in soccor, cross country, body boarding, swimming, athletics, boxing.
Hobbies: Beach volleyball, movies, ceramics, drawing, trying new sports.
Favorite part of the job: Helping people achieve their goals and seeing their reaction to their results – and yes, she has cried.
