What is Fit Camp?
Fit Camp is a fun and motivating group Personal Training session! Fit Camps will improve your fitness, strength, confidence; not to mention help you lose any of those unwanted kilos. Aerofit Studio educates you on effective, challenging and safe workouts using minimal equipment and maximum nature.
Who can attend Fit Camp?
Anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness can sign up! The sessions cater for all fitness levels, so there are no excuses. Please contact Aerofit Studio directly if you do have any existing injuries or concerns before enrolling, so your sessions can be modified to suit you.
What do I get?
Aerofit studio’s 4 week Fit Camp includes:
• 1 x 30min intensive Fit Camp Induction (valued at $45)
You’ll meet with your trainer the week before the Fit camp commences for your Fit Camp induction session. An induction session involves taking measurements of your weight, bodyfat & girths (these measurements are optional). You will also receive a full postural apraisal to better understand the way your body moves & functions.
• 12 week food & exercise journal
• Aerofit training shirt / singlet
• 3 x 1 hour training sessions per week
Sessions will be held Tuesday & Thursday mornings 5:30 – 6:30am & Saturday mornings 6:30 -7:30am.
• 4 week food plan
To maximise your Fit Camp results, you will receive a food plan to follow. Michael Lawler, qualified exercise physiologist & nutritionist, works with Aerofit Studio to provide nutritional programs for your individual requirements. Depending on your current age, height, weight & activity we will calculate your ideal weight & calorie intake. • 1 x 30min final assessment (valued at $45)
You’ll meet with your trainer the weekend after the Fit Camp finishes to discuss your results & future goals.
How much does it cost?
$299 for non-members (Non members of Aerofit Studio & Sandstorm)
$269 for members (Registered members of Aerofit Studio & Sandstorm)
$27.50/session for casual attendance (restrictions apply)

Spring into summer Fit Camps!
- Tuesday 16th August – Saturday 10th September 2011 (4 Weeks)
- Tuesday 20th September – Saturday 15th October 2011 (4 Weeks)
- Tuesday 25th October – Saturday 19th November 2011 (4 Weeks)
- Tuesday 29th November – Saturday 17th December 2011 (3 Weeks)

Please note:
Places are limited: Full payment & completed registration form must be received at least one week prior to the scheduled start date in order to secure your place. Maximum of 16 places available.
Your Payment: Aerofit Studio can provide you with direct debit facilities to make your payment. Your payment is non refundable. If you have a legitimate medical reason, with a doctor’s certificate and notify us at least one week before the scheduled start, we will transfer you to a later program at no extra charge. Transfers after this date will incur a minimum $20 transfer fee.
Minimum Numbers Required: In the unlikely event that the minimum required numbers are not met, we will contact you one week prior to the scheduled start date and advise you of the action taken. In the unlikely event the boot camp be cancelled, you will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer your registration fee to the next scheduled Fit camp.
