FAQ & Results
“For the first time in my life I actually feel as if I have 100% control over my weight. Kate has helped me in so many ways – not only do I skate faster and hit harder but my indurance has improved. The reduced body fat was a bonus! Kate changed my lifestyle, not just my physical fitness. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to improve their sporting performance or anyone who simly wants create a healthy lifestyle for themselves” – Sarah Sculley, Roller Derby.
“Kate was asked to run a short session for the College’s ‘Living Well’ program. As we knew Kate had vast knowledge in health and well-being, we thought it would be a fantastic opportunity for the college members to learn some tips and tricks on living well.
Her knowledge and expertise were, as expected, second to none. She ran the session as question and answers, and following a short introduction and rapport build, the questions came in quick. She was able to answer all questions not only thoroughly and truthfully, but was able to tailor them toward the students specifically.
All students were extremely appreciative for her time, and we look forward to having her in again soon.” – Ben and Sherinda, Residential Advisors, Griffith University Colleges.
