So while achieving the most important thing, your goal, we ensure that the relevant weight training methods are incorporated into your sessions to support postural corrections.

Among the common training styles of general cardio, weight equipment, boxing, group fitness, & Boot Camps, Aerofit Studio specialises in the unique training methods of Pilates, both mat work & reformer, as well as TRX suspension training. Both of these training methods are fantastic for the development, improvement, & maintenance of core stability, strength, flexibility & fitness.

You initial consultation with one of our fantastic trainers is 1 hour in duration and will include;

  • Exercise & lifestyle questionnaire
  • Postural Appraisal
  • Fitness testing
  • Before & after photo (Optional)
  • Introduction to Pilates
  • Fully designed weekly exercise program
  • General nutrition support & guidance
